Employment Specialist

Jericho Project is seeking a full-time Employment Specialist to provide workforce development services to adult participants, helping them achieve their employment, education, and training goals. The role involves implementing job development strategies, cultivating relationships with employers, and customizing job search support to facilitate placements for individuals experiencing homelessness or mental health and substance use challenges. The specialist will work collaboratively with internal teams and community resources to ensure successful job placement and retention.
