Employment Specialist

This community-based role supports individuals with disabilities, long-term health conditions, or complex barriers to employment in finding and retaining sustainable work. The specialist manages a caseload to develop personalised employment pathways, provides tailored support for job readiness and in-work success, and collaborates with employers and health professionals to promote inclusive recruitment. The position requires flexibility to travel across Surrey and a commitment to a zero-rejection approach in helping participants achieve their career goals.
