Employment Specialist

The Employment Specialist provides individualized employment supports to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting them in obtaining, maintaining, and advancing competitive integrated employment. The role involves job development, employer engagement, individualized job coaching, and ongoing workplace support to promote independence and successful employment outcomes. This position works directly with individuals, employers, families, and community partners to achieve meaningful employment goals.
