Employment Specialist

The Employment Specialist helps individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, veterans, and others facing barriers to employment prepare for, obtain, and maintain competitive, integrated jobs. The role involves providing career development support, job coaching, placement assistance, and retention services while building productive relationships with employers. This position combines direct support with active employer engagement and job development to help individuals identify goals and build greater independence.
