Employment Transactions Specialist Attorney (Professional Track)

DLA Piper is seeking an employment-law attorney to join its Corporate/Private Equity practice in the Palo Alto or San Francisco offices as part of the firm’s Professional Track Attorney program. The role is aimed at candidates with approximately 5-7 years of company-side labor and employment experience and involves employment-related diligence on M&A transactions and day-to-day employment counseling. This is a non-partnership track position offering integration into a practice group, training and development, and opportunities for varied client work and pro bono engagement.
