EMS Dispatcher (SSCII)

The EMS Dispatcher serves as a critical communication link between patients, emergency responders, and healthcare facilities, receiving emergency and nonemergency calls to coordinate ambulance responses and allocate resources. This role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to established protocols. Training is provided for qualified candidates, and previous emergency medical services experience is not required.
