The EMS Road Technician 2 travels to customer job sites to diagnose and repair complex equipment malfunctions, including large hydraulic excavators, heavy-duty trucks, and other earth-moving machinery. This role requires troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems while ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
