About this role

The EMT-Intermediate delivers high-quality, direct patient care and advanced clinical support within a 24/7 Freestanding Emergency Department and Urgent Care hybrid model. Working under the supervision of Registered Nurses and Emergency Physicians, the role performs scope-authorized advanced interventions including IV therapy, phlebotomy, airway support, medication administration, and point-of-care diagnostic testing. This position is essential to optimizing patient throughput, streamlining triage-to-discharge workflows, and maintaining clinical excellence in a high-volume emergency setting.

Responsibilities

Deliver advanced clinical interventions including IV therapy and medication administration
Perform diagnostic testing and maintain accurate electronic medical record documentation
Assist physicians with sterile procedures and manage patient transport and hygiene
