About this role
A unit-based Emergency Department Technician who provides direct assistance in patient care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The role performs point-of-care testing, general phlebotomy, sample collection, and other clinical support duties under the direction of licensed nursing staff. The position practices within the scope of EMT Intermediate/Advanced licensure and supports quality and safety initiatives in the ED.
