About this role
The Enclave Technical Lead will serve as the hands‑on technical lead for a secure, multi‑cloud research enclave supporting a federal data access and linkage initiative. The role owns technical architecture, engineering, security, ATO, and operations for cloud environments handling sensitive research and health data, working closely with security, program, and technical teams. This position supports secure multi‑account/multi‑cloud design and ensures compliance with federal security frameworks.
