About this role

The End User Compute Engineer is responsible for the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of endpoint and server environments across client ICT systems. This role ensures secure, reliable, and performant access to computing resources by managing endpoint configurations, server infrastructure, application packaging, and patch compliance. Operating under the Service Delivery Manager, the engineer works closely with infrastructure and service delivery teams to support platforms such as MECM, WSUS, and MDT.

Responsibilities

Administer EUC services and maintain endpoint performance across government networks
Package, test, and deploy applications to endpoints and servers using SCCM and Tanium
Maintain and enhance Standard Operating Environment images using MDT and SCCM
