End User Computing Co-op

This co-op position serves as the primary interface for end-user computing services, focusing on real-time problem analysis and resolution for the IT Department. The role involves supporting all end-user platforms, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, while troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Candidates will work directly with analysts and customers to restore service, document problems, and recommend system modifications to improve user experience.
