About this role

We are seeking a motivated End User Analyst to deliver high-quality, user-facing IT support within the wider End User Support team. This role involves responding to incidents and service requests, providing frontline assistance through various channels like Tech Bar walk-ups and call handling, and contributing to asset lifecycle processes under the guidance of senior team members.

Responsibilities

Provide first and second level support across user facing IT services
Respond to incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs
Support end user devices including Windows desktops laptops and mobile
Assist with endpoint setup activities like device builds and onboarding
Contribute to asset lifecycle and ITSM processes including CMDB updates
