A full-time, board‑certified or board‑eligible Endocrinologist is needed to join a premier regional healthcare facility in Mattoon, Illinois. The role offers a highly flexible schedule (approximately three days per week or a week‑on/week‑off rotation) and a production‑backed compensation package, with an established patient panel focused on diabetes, thyroid, pituitary, adrenal, and metabolic bone disorders. The physician will collaborate with an existing on‑site team of one physician and an advanced practice provider, handling outpatient care and limited clinical call duties.
