The Triage Nurse plays a key leadership role in supporting weekly staffing schedules to optimize patient throughput, primarily performing phone triage and in-basket messaging for upcoming procedures. This position involves 90% remote clinical communication offering advice via telephone and electronic messaging, and 10% on-site support at Endoscopy locations for patient-facing or hands-on clinical tasks. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong GI knowledge, adaptability, and the ability to manage coverage while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
