About this role
The Endpoint Engineer (Analyst 2) deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots enterprise endpoints and desktop technologies to support internal employees and deliver a seamless end-user experience. The role works across Windows and macOS platforms to implement system configuration, security, and performance best practices and serves as an escalation point for complex technical issues. The engineer also monitors the environment, generates reports, and maintains documentation.
