Endpoint Management Engineer

This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the enterprise endpoint computing environment in the China region, focusing on automated script deployment, patch management, and compliance enforcement using SCCM/MECM platforms. The position serves as the Tier 3 technical escalation specialist for Service Desk and Onsite teams, acting as the primary regional technology liaison to align standards with unique Chinese regulatory and business requirements. The role involves collaborating with European and Global teams to manage software lifecycle operations, patch compliance, and Windows OS imaging while providing expert-level technical support and project leadership.
