About this role

The Energy and Sustainability Intern supports Empire State Realty Trust’s sustainability strategy through data analytics, reporting, and program development. The role contributes to initiatives around energy, water, waste, indoor environmental quality, and stakeholder engagement across the real estate portfolio. The intern participates in meetings, assists with certifications and investor reporting, and helps advance sustainability performance from design through ongoing operations. This is a structured 10-week summer internship based onsite in New York City.
