The Energy and Utilities Manager will lead procurement and management of energy, water, and waste utilities for QTS, supporting corporate sustainability goals and site development. This role partners with development, operations, and supplier teams to support infrastructure improvements, green building certifications, and the company’s commitment to 100% renewable energy. The position participates on the Sustainability leadership team and supports financial planning through utility-related analytics.
