Energy Control Center Supervisor

The Energy Control Center Supervisor provides leadership and technical oversight for the safe, reliable, and efficient real-time operation of Clay Electric Cooperative’s electric transmission, substation, and distribution systems. This role involves supervising Power System Operators, managing system monitoring and control, coordinating emergency response, and ensuring compliance with safety and reliability standards. The position requires strong operational decision-making skills and the ability to lead during normal, abnormal, and emergency system conditions.
