Energy Corporate Banking - Associate II (Upstream/E&P)

Energy Corporate Banking – Associate II (Upstream/E&P) is a developing leader responsible for delivering advanced analytical, underwriting, and execution support within the Upstream (E&P) coverage vertical. The role partners closely with Senior Coverage Bankers to originate, structure, and execute financing and strategic solutions for public and private E&P clients, including mineral and royalty, operated, and non-operated working interests. The position emphasizes reserve-based lending, upstream asset valuation, and forecasted cash flow modeling, while mentoring analysts and coordinating with risk, petroleum engineering, capital markets, and treasury teams. The role reports directly to the Head of Upstream within the Energy practice of Corporate and Investment Banking.
