About this role

Eversource is seeking an Energy Efficiency Analyst to lead data analytics, reporting, and program strategy within the Energy Efficiency Department. This role involves building automated workflows, forecasting performance, and translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders. The position requires strong technical proficiency in Excel and Salesforce to support electric and natural gas energy efficiency goals across various customer segments.

Responsibilities

Lead recurring program reporting, forecasting, and analysis across Commercial and Industrial Energy Efficiency Programs
Build and maintain analytical tools, automated workflows, and dashboards to improve data accessibility
Analyze program activity to identify performance gaps, trends, and forecast risks
Prepare weekly department presentation materials and slide decks for leadership audiences
Manage ad hoc data requests from leadership while balancing strategic value and accuracy

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in analytics, computer science, engineering, economics, statistics, mathematics, Energy/Sustainability, Business, or related field3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or utility programs
