Energy Group Leader

Mott MacDonald is seeking an experienced Energy Group Leader to set the strategic direction and lead the people, capability, resources, operations, and delivery readiness of the Energy Group across Western Canada, with a primary focus on Alberta and the Calgary market. The role involves building an accountable, collaborative, and technically excellent culture while aligning workforce plans with project pipelines and optimizing resource utilization. Success is measured through organizational outcomes like resource performance, employee development, technical quality, and cross-business collaboration.
