Energy Production Operator

Cleveland Thermal is seeking an Energy Production Operator to maintain and operate boilers, chillers, generators, and supporting equipment to ensure reliable steam and chilled water delivery to downtown Cleveland. The role involves conducting daily plant inspections, performing routine maintenance, monitoring system pressures and temperatures, and ensuring compliance with safety and health policies. The operator will also manage water chemistry, track chemical inventory, and communicate effectively with shift teams to maintain efficient plant operations.
