Redwood Materials
The Energy Production Planner translates demand and engineering inputs into an executable production plan for Energy Operations at BMC1, ensuring builds stay on schedule and avoiding planning-driven stoppages. This fully on-site role manages the monthly production planning cycle, creates daily and weekly build plans, and coordinates with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to validate material availability and manage capacity. The position requires strong analytical skills to handle multiple concurrent planning workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Redwood Materials is building a domestic stockpile of critical battery materials and deploying large-scale energy storage systems to power data centers and the nation’s grid. The company recovers and refines end-of-life batteries and manufacturing scrap into battery‑grade materials, helping close the loop on the battery supply chain. By scaling recycling, materials production, and grid-scale storage, Redwood aims to secure resilient U.S. supply chains for electrification while reducing the environmental impact of battery production.
