Enforcement Inspector

This position is responsible for conducting on-site inspections across the City of Atlanta to ensure compliance with the Atlanta Zoning Ordinance and related codes. The role involves performing joint inspections for quality-of-life issues, reviewing complex research for legal non-conforming uses, and approving Occupational Tax Certificates. Incumbents represent the City at public meetings, issue correction notices and court citations for violations, and provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
