About this role
The Engagement Assistant is a key operational role within UBC Okanagan’s Faculty of Management supporting strategic initiatives. The position provides administrative support for the Faculty’s marketing, communications, and events and acts as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. It reports to the Manager, Student Success with a dotted line to the Director and supports ongoing Faculty engagement activities.
