The Adult Day Program Staff at Institute on Aging’s Enrichment Center supports participants living with dementia or other cognitive and physical impairments, helping them remain engaged and safe in a community-based day program. The role contributes to IOA’s mission of enabling older adults to age in place and maintain quality of life through supportive programming and supervision.
