About this role

Pogo is hiring a founding Engagement Manager to own the full client lifecycle post-sale, transforming an AI-powered platform into strategic insights for enterprise clients. In this high-ownership role, you will design research engagements, guide client executives, partner with the Go-To-Market team on expansion, and build scalable delivery playbooks. You will act as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 brands while serving as the internal voice of the customer to shape the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

Own client relationships from signed deal to growing partnership
Run end-to-end research engagements and configure the AI platform
Design studies with clients to answer strategic questions
Partner with GTM teams on renewals and revenue expansion
Build scalable playbooks and templates for client delivery models

Skills

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in management consultingExperience in client-facing environmentsKnowledge in primary consumer research (qualitative or quantitative)
