The Engagement Manager will own the post‑sale customer journey, leading AI implementation projects from kickoff through launch and optimization while serving as the main point of contact for a portfolio of AI Velocity and maintenance clients. The role focuses on project leadership, customer success, opportunity expansion, and process improvement to drive value and support renewals and upsells.
