About this role
This is a part-time, on-site Engagement Team role supporting affordable housing residents across California through a new Light Touch model. You will be the face of Ounce at assigned properties, welcoming residents, building awareness of services, supporting small events, and creating warm handoffs to virtual care navigators. The position is highly flexible (1–2 half days per week, timing flexible) and focuses on building trusted community connections and ensuring residents can access ongoing support.
