Engine & Aftertreatment Engineering Lead

The Engine & Aftertreatment Engineering Lead serves as the technical link between CNH and engine manufacturers, ensuring engines and emissions systems meet vehicle requirements, performance targets, and regulatory standards. This role leads technical discussions, coordinates engine development and validation, and helps resolve engineering, quality, and reliability issues across CNH’s agricultural product lines. The position also drives standardization, reduces warranty issues, and ensures engines perform reliably in the field.
