Engine Calibration Engineer

The Electrification Development Team at HATCI is seeking a highly motivated Engine Calibration Engineer to support the development, calibration, and validation of internal combustion engine, hybrid electric vehicle, and extended-range electric vehicle propulsion systems for Hyundai Motor Group. This role involves evaluating, developing, and optimizing engine control strategies and calibration parameters to achieve targets for performance, fuel economy, emissions compliance, drivability, reliability, and long-term durability. The engineer will collaborate with internal and global engineering teams to support powertrain calibration development, system integration, performance assessment, benchmarking, testing, and validation activities.
