About this role

As the NPI Team Leader for Engine Systems at Caterpillar, you will lead cross-functional teams to execute New Product Introduction programs for Power & Energy applications, ensuring alignment with Time, Cost, and Quality commitments. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage program budgets, and facilitate governance meetings to drive successful product launches from concept to production.
