The role is responsible for the availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning of large‑scale distributed platforms. It involves designing, analyzing, troubleshooting, and automating infrastructure and application management, as well as providing cybersecurity support and on‑call incident response.
