About this role

As an Engineer I – Advanced Quality Planning, you will support high-quality product launches by facilitating Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) efforts and conducting risk mitigation activities. You will collaborate across engineering, supplier, and manufacturing teams to establish quality goals, interpret technical drawings, and validate supplier submissions. This role focuses on preventing quality issues before they reach production through structured methods like 8D and PDCA.

Responsibilities

Support APQP and PPAP activities to establish quality goals
Execute tasks within the New Product and Process Development System
Interpret GD&T to support capability studies and process evaluations
Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure quality objectives are met
Assist in developing standard work and control documents using 8D and PDCA
