About this role

The role supports Blue Origin's Operations by translating engineering designs into additively manufactured metallic flight hardware, managing the end‑to‑end production process, and driving continuous improvements. The engineer will work with operators, quality technicians, and engineers to produce complex rocket components using laser powder‑bed fusion, develop work instructions, and ensure cost, quality, and schedule targets are met.

Responsibilities

Develop and produce additively manufactured components from concept to production
Create and manage print models, work instructions, and production schedules
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non‑conformances
