Engineer – Class 2

This role ensures a safe and efficient hotel environment by monitoring central plant operations and maintaining all HVAC equipment across guestrooms, public areas, and function rooms. The engineer is responsible for water treatment, inventory management, and adhering to specific emergency procedures like Omni fire alarm protocols. Job duties also include maintaining accurate refrigerant logs and ensuring strict compliance with HAZCOM, Lockout/Tagout, and blood-borne pathogen programs.
