This role is responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of database administration to meet business needs and service levels for Oracle and other database platforms. The position involves providing first and second-level operational database support, monitoring tickets, and ensuring service level requirements are met. The engineer will also perform performance tuning, maintain backups, and implement database hardening and security guidelines.
