The Engineer II, Process independently supports and improves cell manufacturing processes to achieve quality, productivity, cost, and equipment performance objectives. This role applies engineering principles, statistical analysis, and structured problem-solving methods to troubleshoot manufacturing issues, optimize process parameters, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. The position serves as a primary technical resource for production lines, providing guidance to team members and supporting new model introductions and equipment validation.
