Engineer III (HVAC)

The Engineer III (HVAC) is responsible for managing and programming the BMS system to ensure accurate operation of temperature and building facilities while planning and coordinating BMS upgrades to improve efficiency. This role involves performing preventive maintenance on air conditioning systems, kitchen appliances, and mechanical room equipment, as well as troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical and electrical issues. The position requires maintaining luxury hospitality standards and ensuring minimal disruption to the guest experience through careful scheduling and execution of HVAC equipment replacements.
