About this role

The Engineer III will own downstream process development for mRNA drug substance, designing and scaling purification processes from bench to pilot scale before transferring them to external CDMOs for GMP production. This engineering-forward role involves optimizing unit operations, conducting scale-up modeling, and serving as the on-site technical lead during partner manufacturing campaigns. The position requires close collaboration with upstream development, analytical teams, and supply chain to ensure process fit and successful technology transfer.
