Engineer in Training

The Engineer in Training supports Kearl’s Dam Safety program and the Geotechnical engineering team by preparing and participating in the design, construction, surveillance, and maintenance of dam and earthen structures at Imperial’s Kearl oilsands mining site. This role involves applying geotechnical and civil infrastructure design skills under mentorship, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The position requires collaboration with experienced professionals to complete designs, manage risk, and support operations.
