About this role

This role involves operating with moderate independence on sub-fab equipment sustaining for pumps, abatement systems, chillers, and heat exchangers while leading portions of tool installation projects. Candidates will create facility data sheets, read complex schematics, drive troubleshooting efforts, and participate in tool restart activities and health checks. The position offers a path to grow into full ownership of tool installs and sub-fab systems as expertise develops.

Responsibilities

Operate independently on sub-fab equipment sustaining for pumps and chillers
Lead portions of tool install projects including utility verification and vendor coordination
Create and update facilities data sheets to support service requests
Drive troubleshooting of sub-fab issues and coordinate resolutions with BU teams
Maintain accurate tool configuration data and participate in tool health checks
