About this role

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks an Engineer Liaison to serve as the primary point of contact for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) support within the Advanced Weapons team. This on-site role involves coaching engineers on data entry and change management, ensuring configuration-compliance, and leveraging data tools to drive process improvement. The position requires acting as a bridge between engineering hand-offs and functional managers while producing analytical reports to support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Provide deskside PLM support and coaching on data entry and change management
Analyze PLM data to produce metrics supporting process improvements
Ensure compliance with configuration-management standards and engineering hand-offs
Generate regular reports on aged documentation for functional managers
Leverage data visualization tools to reduce manual effort in data pipelines
