Engineer Manager

The Engineer Manager leads one or more engineering scrum teams to plan, deliver, and support service features that deliver customer value and mature service capability. This role focuses on executing people leader fundamentals, driving a learning-based culture, and setting realistic and stretching objectives for the team. The position ensures engineering standards, code quality, and adherence to development and testing guardrails are met while managing milestones, risks, and dependencies.
