Engineer - Process Management - ECM

As a key member of the Engineering Change Management and SAP Master Data Management team, this role serves as the primary liaison for ERP activities supporting Engineering and Project teams. Responsibilities include managing material master data, creating Bills of Material, facilitating Engineering Change workflows, and leading process optimization projects. The position also involves mentoring colleagues, recruiting new talent, and developing Standard Operating Procedures to establish the team as a Center of Excellence.
