About this role
Rockwell Automation is hiring an Engineer, Remote Support based in Noida to provide advanced technical assistance for highly technical industrial automation products and systems. The role supports customers and internal field teams when initial support cannot resolve issues and serves as a key escalation point. You will work within the India Remote Support Services organization and report to the India RSS Team Lead/Supervisor.
