About this role
This role provides advanced technical support for Rockwell Automation customers and internal teams focused on the Logix family of industrial automation products. The position works as an escalation point when first-line support cannot resolve issues, collaborating with customers across multiple channels. It reports to the Remote Support Supervisor and is based in a hybrid schedule in Mayfield Heights, Ohio or Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
