About this role

Beam is seeking an Engineer/Senior Engineer within its Manufacturing Sciences & Technology (MS&T) organization to support process technology transfers and GMP manufacturing at the Beam Durham facility. The role will support mRNA and LNP programs and contribute to CMC program execution through collaboration with Process Development, Analytical R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality functions. The position involves supporting GMP clinical, PPQ, and commercial manufacturing activities and ensuring facility and process readiness for scale-up and production.
